were pop.... and i swear they re-released it cause the mix is totally different... a little more screamy sounding vocals that you can't hardly hear cause the music is cranked

i had "Nothing Gold Can Stay", the first one. They re-recorded some of those songs when they moved from Drive Thru i think.

I think I went to that tour at Tremont in Charlotte. But are you sure it was '98? I thought it was later than that.

Also, yes, they rerecorded most or all of the tracks from Nothing Gold Can Stay. I dislike the newer version of the songs, but I can't find my CD or the tracks on the internet

ben... if you want copies of the early versions of some songs off nothing gold can stay and the earlier version of that cover cd they made too....

none of them will be labled because that cd has been destroyed and my computer has been formatted since but i found a compilation disk with a few of the tracks on them. hence this thread

heh 94. id imagine they arent much older than most of us so they'd be like 11-13 in '94.

Yea actually rather enjoying new album. Spotify notified me that they are playing nearby. I saw them when I was at State in 2001, I think. First time I went to Carrboro and the Cradle. Pretty wild show. Who would have guessed ten years later I would live in walking distance to the place.
