for the second time now, after i delete multiple files at a time, i empty the recycle bin....i check again and it still shows trash in it....so right click, "empty" and it asks if i want to delete windows

when i open the bin, there are no files and nothing to restore

wtf?

windows 98 and 2000 had that bug. Is this XP?
