TWW should have a probation period of like 50 posts before you can post a topic. Every now and then some n00b signs up just to post their meaningless bullshit in multiple sections and leave to never comeback. The probationary period can be waved if they go premium but these people are abusing the system.

That's a pretty good idea. I think it should definitely apply to the Classifieds, to keep away the spam and people too cheap to buy an ad.
