The Postal Service? I was shopping with my sister at Delia's at the mall and they played a song by them that sounded pretty cool. It sounded a bit techno-y, but it was poppy enough that I still liked it. Does all their stuff pretty much sound that way?

A lot of folks have heard of them, and yes a lot of their music is in that style. If you liked what you heard, listen to a bit more of their stuff. You'll probably enjoy it. Personally, I found it was great to fall asleep to.
