Can MP3's from your Hard Disk be imported into IPOD or you can only import songs from your CDs?

mp3's work just fine. protected wma files are a bit trickier. itunes will import them and can add them to your playlist, and the ipod will play them without need to convert to AAC or anything like that.

There is no official caste system in India now, and we did not have slavery anytime. It was Europe Africa and Americas which had them.

Oh, and we have reservation seats for the lower castes in India (60% seats are reserved everywhere, govt jobs, educational institutions etc.) in order to make up for the penance their forefathers suffered, and so that they can comeup on par with them.
