Rush Mu Beta Psi

We’re a national Honorary Musical Fraternity.

And our Rush is coming up.

Monday the 12th is Games Night – Talley 3125 6-9pm

Tuesday the 13th is Bowling – Meet in Price music center (the building on the west side of Talley) at 7 pm

Wednesday the 15th Photo Scavenger Hunt – Meet in Price at 6pm

Friday is the 16th Movie Night – Meet in Price at 5:30pm

We’re the guys and gals responsible for the service that allows a large number of music events to happen on campus. We provide apples for the band at our football games, and we typically have a few Brothers who help with the service going on there and get to be at an end zone throughout the game for free. We award a scholarship to a music student each year and we get involved with other music and arts related events and charities.

We do things like ChiliFEST for cold days on campus and annually MusicFEST where last time our line up was

In addition to service we also have a fun group of people for social events.

We do a lot of service for the Music Department and such (like going to football games and getting free lunch and into the games for free for helping the marching band). It's awesome!

You also forgot to mention that we're a good bunch of students who share a wide variety of interests and personalitites that come together for many causes - some of which include the preservation of music in our schools and curriculum, and for the fellowship of all people who are music lovers and musicians everywhere.

If you like Music and are interested in becoming a part of an organization on campus centered around music, then you should definitely come out and meet some of the members during one of our Rush Events

Just got back from it, it was pretty fun. I mostly played cards and talked, only gave one round of DDR a try and managed not to game over, so I consider that a victory. Good turn out, thanks to all who came!

I don't know much about DDR. There were pads on the ground connected to an X-box. They had up to 3 people going at once. There wasn't too much structure to who played when.
