OK My pc just started acting wierd. Whenever a webpage loads or I'm downloading a file, my winamp will slow down. My PC is pretty good its
3ghz p4
1 gig ddr2
integrated sound card on intel board

so what gives?

also when i use TRILLIAN (chat program) it also slows down too. wtf

When you say "slow down" do you mean the audio breaks/pops?

yeah it will skip but also it slows down (like playin it in slow motion but also breaks up)
