i got into law and order when i was younger and couldnt fall asleep. i had no cable and it was the only channel that came in well. that said i never really got into the other ones, they just didnt seem to have the same oomph with me.

i saw an episode of CI last night (thank GOD law & order plays at like all hours of the day or i don't know WHAT i would've done as i lied awake til 2:30) and i actually enjoyed it...most of the ones i've seen i haven't enjoyed, but the one thing about CI that i like is they give you a longer background story

Not a big fan of CI...but I don't give it a lot of chance as I usually change the channel and try to find something better on.

I do have a question...

Why is it that I'm extremely attracted to all the females on the Law and Orders?? It's something about the combination of intelligence, beauty, and kick ass personality that just has me in love. Exceptions would be Jill Hennessy (she's attractive now, but that short haircut in L&O turns me off) and Stephanie March (she's alright, but doesn't do it for me like the rest of the women).

The only one I watch is CI, but I haven't really given the other ones a chance. However, I really liked the Law and Order-branded courtroom documentary series from a few years back (along with the other show that came on the same summer that was similar, can't remember the name but it was really interesting).

Vanialla L&O never seems to miss, but SUV has some really fucked up shit sometimes, so I'll give it to SVU (and the vanilla has done too many "ripped from the headlines"). CI is pretty good, although I find it hard to watch an episode if I don't get in on the very beginning of it.

oh, and what do ya'll think of the new investigator on the original L&O? I'm pretty excited they've brought a female in for this one...it's one of the dynamics I have always enjoyed about SVU.
