one time I lost my account to a database error, it took over a year to get someone other than CrazyJ to fix it... sent half a dozen e-mails to CrazyJ, never got a response... eventually had to cross a line with a moderator to get the point across that neither "Suspended" nor "Terminated" was the status title, that it wouldn't have been suspended for over a year without a reason or explanation, that the account was broken... suspending and unsuspending it fixed it, but that won't help you, so you are probably fucked...
