anyone know why yahoo's java based chat client won't load properly on a Mac?
other than the obvious, mac sucks hardcore donkey cock

make sure you have the proper java runtime installed and that it is configured properly with your browser.

go to http://www.java.com and install the latest JRE from Sun.

If that doesnt work, then Yahoo's java client is broken.


actually it might be here for Mac OS X http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/java/ - this link has a download for the 1.5 JRE http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/java2se50release1.html

or for previous to OS X http://developer.apple.com/java/classic.html

if isntalling the latest JRE from http://www.java.com does not work, it could also be the browsers fault.
