What happened to Top Gear? There was some show on instead of it tonight... is it still showing, or did it just change days?

Top Gear on BBC Two
Top Gear on BBC2

This Week's Show
Sadly, the curtains have been drawn on another series of Top Gear. But don't fret - it's back on our screens in November.

That's not true. It is being produced... they have another 6-series season coming out in the UK next month. Maybe she means that the US version isn't being produced.

Is BBC2 broadcast in the US? I couldn't find it on the TWC or DirectTV lineups.... =(

The real BBC2 version of Top Gear is usually available the day after it airs on your favorite torrent sites.

I just want something high quality. My tv is huge, and those videos would look terrible on it.

Fuck em. They need to bring in 5th gear instead. More critical analysis and interesting automotive journalism, less fluff and crowd pandering.

The length of the American versions was cut down too I think. Still, it was better than watching them on the computer.

Tiff is the stig. Every journalist on 5th gear has an actual racing background. Which is more than you can say for Jeremy Douchebag.

5th gear is just a fucking boring show.

Top Gear is enjoyable and fun to watch. Which is why people watch it, while the other shows continue to perform miserably in the ratings.
