i think the chrome jeepers are the worst of the offroading group though
look.. i got a chrome- smitty built bumper w/ chrome step rails and a chrome roof rack yay!

in some cases
an offroading poseur has a vehicle that could go off road

but

in very very few cases
a ricer has a car that can go fast

I would say ricers, because they are the ones who piss of the cops and get the cops after anyone who tunes up their car. If that makes sense.

I mean it's really a matter of if the car can drive under a 18wheeler of over it.
