WOW! I hit everything, including a 2nd Half Dal -1 1/2.
Got unlucky on Bledsoe's pass. Got lucky as hell at the end. Not to mention, Eagles play-calling is horrid.

Up 191 for the night. Unbelievable. Thought I was going to be down about 120. Whew. I love it.

Miami (ohio) -2 1/2, Under 60 (Teaser)

Looks like an assload of wind with tornado watches and rain. I think Miami can run through it a lot better than BG.

Yeah, I'm only up $1,700 this season. I really suck. Its not how bad you lose one game. Its how many games you win overall. I'll take 6 close wins and 3 blowout losses any day. That adds up to a very healthy profit.

Might be the dumbest post I've ever seen, to be honest.

I think I'm going to tease the shit out of the Giants at home against the Eagles this week. Muhfuckin' McMahon is starting and another owner just died for the Giants.

I'm also liking Ohio State -3 at Michigan. Might put some big money on that.

I think Toledo is the best play, but man...the line has gone from around 7 or 8 all the way up to 11 now. I'm not taking Toledo -11, so I'm going to have a rare no-play.

If I played it, I'd take Toledo -11 and would not mess with teaser or total at all. Good luck to all.

Hey Varsityblues, I think that dumbass was refering to my bet of Bowling Green +17.5 and THEM being up 29-0 at halftime, maybe the dumbass doesnt know that BG was the underdog and you ADD 17.5 points to their total, so basically they were up 46.5 at halftime( little betting class for ya there tpw, first lesson is free) or maybe he' referring to the akron/ohio game inwhich I took the over 45 and there was only 13 points total at the half, but both teams made a effort in the second half. Yeah I took the loss but I'm still up for the year. And until tpw starts showing his or her bets you have no room to trash someone else's bet. ESPICALLY when you don't know what the fuck you are talking about.

Edit:

I've got a small bet on Toledo -7, took it last night.

I told my dad to take the Lakers tonight.

If the spread was at 6, I'm sure he's pissed and blaming the mafia for rigging the game right now.

Teased Georgia -20 and Miami -10.5

Glad I left that Toledo game alone.

I'm taking NC State -17 HUGE. I've hit the last 7 NCSU games. I think I know this team better than anyone on the planet. I don't know much about MTSU, just their record and scores. Just think State will completely out-talent them, take some frustration out and get to a showdown with Maryland to try to get bowl-eligible. Everything I see points to a huge blowout. I might put a little more on it. Got 90 right now....

^ 'cuse is the real deal, don't count bobby out at TT, he's got athletes, they were just ill prepared. wake is highly overrated, but i agree that wake covers 2. wait until 4 or 5 more games in order to size both teams up properly.

picks of the night:
zags cover -28
uncw +8
uconn -11.5

Bought 1/2 point with UNCW and TTech.

Took TTech -1/2 2nd half. They went 8 minutes w/o scoring in 1st half and only down 7. I think they missed 20 shots in a row.

Was hoping TTech would go for 3 at buzzer. Make or miss, I'd have won both bets. Still looks like a good chance up 2 in OT.

Horrible night for me. Damn OT's hurt me and Syracuse killed me. I need UConn to cover 12 to soften the blow. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Also sucks that Garner lost. I was watching it tape delayed, and switching back and forth to the Syracuse game. I asked myself which I wanted more. The answer.....I wanted those Garner Trojans to "survive and advance" as Hal used to say. Well, as my cub-lovin' roommate would say..."wait til next year". Another good season for Garner.

Well, they beat Vandy and haven't had any blowout losses. I think we're gonna slam them, but it's not obvious it'll be by more than 18.

I took NCSU pretty big. Posted about it a few days ago. Might be a trap, but I don't think so. I see state winning by 28 or 35. I sure hope so...

Really like SD St. today. Notre Dame on any teaser. Iowa looks good. I took Ohio State -2 1/2. Think they have more skill guys to get it done. Took Boston College fairly big. It just started...

Good luck to all.................

Having a really good day. Tennessee can lick my balls. Had them on a big teaser and a parlay that was halfway home...just to win on both of them. Got 3 out of 7 on a parlay thats still alive. I need

SDSU -7
Stanford (to win)
SCAR +3
Fresno +23

Man, that Ohio State finish was great.

Bets mean a lot more on here if you post them before the fact, rather than after the outcome.

In other, unrelated news, I am trying something new, in addition to other wagers. I started with $20, and I take that $20 and wager it all on a money line of a game that seems "a lock". The payout is atrocious, usually with something along the lines of "Risking $20 to win $3".... sometimes not that bad though. Anyways after I win a game, let's say I now have $23, I will choose another game and risk all $23 on that game. As you can see, the more $ I win, the more I can keep winning. I KNOW that eventually I will fuck up and some team will upset one of my locks, but honestly I don't care at all. I just want to see how high I can go with this.

As a matter of fact, I have almost lost twice. Once picking the Steelers to beat the Ravens and today with UNC over Duke. I am up to $52 now and I put it all on Oregon tonight to beat Oregon State (to win $10). I know sure as shit the Ducks will end up losing now that I posted this, but I dunno, I am actually having fun with this.

I don't post every game I take for different reasons. One, usually I make my plays right before the noon kickoffs, so its hard to post something before it actually starts.
Also, I usually take a lot of different things (straight, teasers, parlays) and don't want to waste time with everything I have going.
Also, a lot of what I am posting on here is just for comparision. Kind of like, well heres how I did, how did you do....
What I mean is, I don't consider myself an expert so its not like anyone should follow all my plays.
Now, if I feel really good about something, then I will try to post that well in advance so others can research it and take it if they want to. I'll try to post a few strong plays, and then sort of post how I did overall for the day.
I have no reason to lie and I can show someone my site's history if they really want to know. I'm having a great year this year, up 1,800 in f'ball. Made 100 yesterday. 1,200 of that was off a parlay a few weeks ago.

I def. see what your saying about posting picks before the game starts, but sometimes its more for conversation than for a tip. I'd hate for someone to post saying they have all this research as to why Team A is going to beat Team B and why I should take it, and its already in the 2nd Qtr. But I have no prob. with someone saying how Team A made them a lot or how Team B screwed them, etc.

Also, interesting system there with the favorites. Of course its bound to lose sooner or later so it makes very little sense. I remember when I first started trying to do baseball. I'd always bet favorites. Looks so easy, but I found out its the easiest way to lose money.

I wonder though, what if you set a goal. Like start with 20 and try to get to 60. Then take the 40 out and start again with 20. Still not sure you'd win money in long run, but might be more fun or at least give you a chance for profit. Just an idea.

Like I said before, Tennessee ML screwed me bad. I made 100 yesterday. If Tenn wins I would be up 250 for the day. But they can't beat Vandy at home.

investing all wins in a favorite is just dumb. you will lose and you will lose your money. you have to diversify and hope that most of the favorites win. that hedges against losses better

I've got a huge teaser tonight. Green Bay -0.5/Over 38.

Packers lost a tough one on a long last second FG to Minny at there place. Now its in GB and its cold. Minny won with a lot of kick returns last week vs. G-Men. Ferguson back, Favre on Monday night at home, maybe his last Monday night ever at Lambeau. I know Moss is gone, but last time Vikes were here, there fans got "mooned" by purple faggot. I wonder if Brett remembers that....

I'll prob. take Packers -6 as well (buy 1/2 pt)

Horrible, horrible, horrible night. Awful. Packers suck. Packers defense is very bad. Couldn't stop run all night when they knew the run was coming. I wish Robinson had scored, would have given me a chance at teaser, straight, and 2nd half.
I guess tonight they were the Minnesota Wolfpack.
Whew, bad night. Down 200. Ugly.
