I wouldn't know anything about this. Everything I drive is a hunk of shit that goes from $Rhode Island to fucking worthless.

I think those Type R's are still going up. One of my friends bought one a couple of years ago for ~$17k with 25k miles or something. Now I'm seeing the low mileage ones over $20k fairly often. Acura needs to step up the RSX-S game with a LSD and some better handling.

^coming from the person who considers a motor replacement at 100k "preventative/normal maintinance".

that thing isn't gaining a bit of value sitting over here in the same parking lot as my trooper. the value just plumeted...

Have you said what car you're talking about.

i find it hard to believe that any car other than an exotic or a newly released car with under 5 - 10k miles on it could fetch that much over new retail. Why would anyone buy yours for more than they could get a brand new one for?

Ferarri's and some new porsche's, but this is usually only when someone gets a deal and pays invoice price, but I still don't get it.

A used Toyaota Prius is going for more than a new one now. People don't want to wait for them.

I think my 240SX has actually appreciated in value; not really by NADA but by prices I've seen on autotrader and Ebay.
