hampton roads has some cheap ass gas, it's about 50 cents higher here on the outer banks.

I bet that next quarter's profits are down significantly from this quarter's.

Then it would be harder (or more expensive at least) to get water. At least we'd be able to stick it to the middle east.

Someone should investigate why prices in NC are still higher than the USA average (I guess someone has to be). We are about $0.20 higher than VA and $0.15 or so higher than SC. I know we have higher gas tax but you would think that it costs just as much to ship gas to VA and SC as it does here.

Maybe, but not by much, at least not here in NC. Water is just naturally cheap as long as it keeps falling from the sky. We north Carolinians only capture a fraction of all the rain that falls on our state and I seriously doubt our cars would consume water fast enough to eat up the remaining.

That said, what the heck would out cars be doing with the water to generate power? Oh, right...
