LOL

I test drove one two weeks ago. it was quick and very entertaining, but I don't know about 5.1 seconds. I think its rated at 250 hp whereas the 06 wrx w/ the 2.5L is 230 hp. I have read on some subi forums (the non lesbian ones) that the turbo engines do seem to make more power after a few thousand break in miles.

Yes, with AWD launch , 5.1 sounds reasonable... in the 02-05 WRX I've heard 5.4 sec. (with clutch droppage of course).

Go ahead and do that with the one you buy and see how long the transmission/clutch lasts.

The new Legacy is a pretty nice car, at least IMO.

their transmissions are week but the car is geared so it doesn't matter they don't handle hardly any torque... thats why they all run high 4.** rearends

ohh and c&d tests the most popular model of family cars usually which won't be the 5 speed

they're nice looking cars, if a little nondescript

I thought they weren't turbo'd though?
