its a honda with a rebuilt/salvage title

looks like it was flooded in 2001

oh ok, the owner told me it has been in an accident and got damaged in the front about a year ago, but the parts in the front look pretty new to me. Is he telling the truth? Any other accidents? Flood in 2001? This car is supposedly a 2003 Honda Civic.
