I finally just got around to seeing it. Fantastic.

The fact that it was a great documentary aside, who else finds it hilarious that McNamara:

1. Was given the Medal of Freedom
2. Became leader of the World Bank
3. Looked like Rumsfeld and Powell's love child.

Not funny, but chilling given our current environment. I want to read the book now. Great film, and I think a must-see no matter what your feelings are for the current war.

I think he was trying admit he was wrong without actually saying it in the doc.

I'll agree that the movie let him off the hook, but the movie wasn't about getting both sides of the story; it was about his perspective.
