yes, very easy to do, you can

1) get a headphone to RCA cable,
2) then you get a 12v power supply from either a computer or I have a massive one I'll sell you for realatively cheap
3) profit

Ok where's Josh#'s for motor response dynamics...

in order to modulate a motor like that would be pretty simple for slow moving signals, but if you wanted to play a dynamic track that has a rapidly changing bassline I bet it wouldn't come close to accurate reproduction. It wouldn't sound bad, it would just be muddy... Pheonix Gold tried to do this years ago with the "cyclone" and it failed misserably. They talk about 0 distortion down to 1Hz... well sure, if you want to play one note at a time, I guess with dynamic braking you could get the thing to slow down, but motors don't just magically start spinning at a prescribed frequency, 0 distortion doesn't take into account that this things just going to miss notes all together, this thing is just a big fan with its speed control driven by an audio signal... nothing revolutionary.

I might be too quick to judge, and audio signals, expecially bass, being as slow as they are it could actually work, but I have heavy reservations on its response time...
