steelers are a bit high and the broncos and giants a bit low
in the past 3 weeks the broncos have defeated both of the teams from the previous superbowl
the giants have been amazing this season on both sides of the ball (portis held to under 10 yds rushing and tiki's legs were on fire yesterday)

^how are the steelers high on that list?

their d is awesome, no 100 yard rushers in the last 20 games

and they just dominate people with the run

only without big ben should they be lower

who's gonna take the AFC this year you think?

Colts, Broncos, Steelers, or Bungles?

AFC Wildcards are gonna be tough to come by. It looks like Indy, Pittsburgh, New England and Denver got their divisions on lockdown. Cinci, KC, SD and Jax are gonna be fighting for 2 spots.

Why not? They only have 2 losses, have a great D, and their running game is unstoppable. Oh, and they have Vick at QB. So please, tell me why they shouldn't be in the top 5.

How can you not consider the Panthers in this? Strong defense! Quickly improving offense! They are going to win the NFC!

the panthers should replace the falcons....2 losses, 3 after tonight...they just arent the POWER team that any of the others are

You are forgetting one thing, the Panthers CANT beat the Falcons. So how in the hell are they gonna win the NFC?

the Panthers dont look that strong right now.

losing jenkins hurt a lot, the secondary is banged up....

I doubt we have an RB left when the dust settles....

We are a good team and should sneak into the playoffs with our weak schedule, but we arent top 5 by any means

A beave named Steve is carrying our offense right now

It will be interesting after the Patriots beat the Colts this weekend. That means that, with an uubelievably depleted team, they will have beaten the #1, #2, and #3 teams on the list as well as almost beating the #5 team.

I wouldn't even dream of counting the Pats out of winning the AFC or the SuperBowl until they are on the plane home after they lose in the playoffs.

i will enjoy watching the steelers rape the ravens tonight on MNF

what are the chances of willie getting 3 TD's or 2 TD's and 175+ total yards?

but yeah, steelers have the potential to go all the way this year. i think they could easily put away any NFC team, and i think they could take the colts. they have an awesome run defense, and their young defensive backs are really stepping it up.

AS LONG AS THE PATS DON'T MAKE THE PLAYOFFS THE STEELERS HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN THE SUPERBOWL

i'm not a huge broncos fan but the way they've been playing defensively and the fact that their running/passing games mesh so well together makes it hard to not think they are one of the top 2 teams right now

does that make the giants #1?

yeah we seem a little inconsistent for such a high ranking

but i think theyre taking into account how dangerous we "can be"

but i imagine we'll be playing worth a fuck on the road next week
