yes, but there aren't enough details. I'll be interested to learn, if that information is released, whehter saddam really accepted it (since they can't ask him), etc etc, and who was involved in this 'scuttling'

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that you'll come across a blog that will have concrete proof from another blog showing that Bush himself scuttled the proposal and did so mocking the way he scuttled the plain full of 9/11 "hijack" victims into the Atlantic under cover of darkness to cover up his cruise missile attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon. I know sal has my back on this one.

oh, i'msure i could find something like that, but i prefer to deal in reality.

that's why I said "if this is true," rather than trying to assume it is when i have no proof it is.
