skyfi2, audiovox XC59, Roady2, or XM commander

anyone have any of these units? from searching back through old topics looks like a lot of people recomended the skyfi2, and thats probably the way i will go, but i thought I would ask in case people had good experiences with other units.

Just go with whichever's controls you like...they are all same performance wise...unless you plan to buy one today and hope that it lasts for 10 years.

i already talked to him and he recomended the skyfi2
but wasnt sure if you could change the backlight color and wants something in amber

this going in your car and only in the car? why not just use it thru your deck...or upgrade your deck to one that supports it

remember you can listen to all your Sirius channels through the website so that *almost* defeats the purpose of getting portable units...depending on how often you are near a computer

i have the roady2. i love it.. when i'm riding with someone else and have to listen to FM radio it sucks.

I'd go with the Roady or SkyFi2... but I like the SkyFi2 better because it has a better display and is easier to control

if the skyfi2 was amber i would take it without thinking twice

i like that the roady2 has amber but the controls feel a little more clumsy

Any particular reason you need amber? The SkyFi2 display is very clear even during the day; the original SkyFi was impossible to read during the day.
