scrathes suck. i got mine buffed out and sanded, etc . . . but if you look closer now you can see the sanding and buffing. if it's not severe just ride it out, b.
it could be worse. i had a whore knife the outer edge of my tires. the whole tire split apart while i was doing 80 mph on the jersey turnpike. fucked up my drive from nc to nyc. the b!tch tried to kill me G.

cosmetics on any car dont matter for the most part who cares. if someone scratches my car im not going to cry about it. this is also the reason why ill never own a brand new car. 11/4/2005 4:08:09 PM |

they actually sell solutions that you apply to the scratch then rub it in, and the solution "melts" or dissolves the paint around the scratch and once you rub it in, it uses the same paint to fill the scratch. wouldn't do that on a new car but anything in the 90's go for it. 11/4/2005 5:55:26 PM |

Yea I have some of that shit. Picked it up at like Napa for about 6 bucks for a bottle.
I was somewhat skeptical but several of the guys at the shop said it works great if its not really deep scratches. I have some scratches on my Camaro's bumper where the laundry room door had swung open and slid against the bumper. Put that shit on, buffed it a little and they were gone. It has been almost 8 months now and I have never even reapplied it. Just call up to a NAPA and ask for the scratch remover stuff. Works great. 11/4/2005 10:16:58 PM |

Don't feel too bad, for the first time ever i bought a car that is completely normal ( not yellow with several hundred hp, no flames, not ten feet tall), and one that is fairly nice (babied mercedes) and some fuck decided apparently to jump on the hood last night. 11/5/2005 12:21:31 AM |
