.... its possible... what an offer if was recruit his kid and offer nate the job opportunity to coach at his alma mater and his kid..... Thats probably the best offer we would ever be able to make him.

1) Herb is not going anywhere, nor should he.
2) Nate is not going anywhere
3) Nate does not have a college degree and thus would be ineligible to coach here anyway.

Not a necessity, but there's very very rarely a head coach without a degree.

It would definetely be frowned upon.


We have more of a chance of landing Bill Cowher than McMillan. That said, neither is going to happen... not even close
