Should know that we need to repeal all of the Socialist policies holding our economy together today. They are wrong and unjust and I have many internet articles to prove so. 11/17/2005 2:54:48 AM |

Socialist policies donot hold anything together. The supress competition and are anti-capitalist. Socialism has failed and will continue to fail each time it is implemented.11/17/2005 3:13:42 AM |

according to you wal-mart and microsoft hold their positions due to "socialist" policies.
so i guess we're on the slow boat to hell, just like France, which is falling apart due to socialism and nothing else.
I still hope youre not taking any kind of govt. handouts for anything. 11/17/2005 3:19:49 AM |

Dude, I'm too tired to debate this with you right now. Rest assured I will come back later in the day and own you in this thread. 11/17/2005 3:21:38 AM |

god youre a prick
V not the point, the point is that this kid takes everything on this site way too seriously
i never said socialism was good, i dont think its a solution. just b/c someone sticks up for people on the bottom doesnt make them "socialist", unless you see anything not favoring the top 5% as "anti-capitalist"
but this kid sees things as so black and white. you ether agree, or youre socialist. regulation is socialist. republicans and democrats are all socialist and evil b/c they place regulations on things. only libertarianism will allow anyone to succeed.
theres a difference b/w REGULATION and out-and-out SOCIALISM. If you want to divide it into black and white categories, fine, thats your call. But I don't think doing away with regulatory agencies, labor laws, restrictions on monopolies, and other similar policies will bring us crashing down. I think youll see that most people enjoy these regulations, and i bet you yourself benefit from them as well.
and if wondering whether kids making min. wage can make a dollar more makes me a socialist, then whatever. its just a moral issue, whatever, i dont study this shit.
i really dont care what you have to say, i never argued for what you see as socialism, this is a silly argument. youre relying way too much on economics for arguments that involve far more than #s, like the deal in France.
i sure hope you didnt take that "a thread for communists" seriously.
im through, ive said my peace.
HAIL INTARNET!

easy solution: do away with all govt, and work to help each other in times of need w/o greed.
utopianism baby, a noble goal. 11/17/2005 3:56:56 AM |

^ Worse case scenario, we are more free and yet don't help each other enough.
Doesn't sound that bad to me. 11/17/2005 10:29:37 AM |
