I'm trying to figure out the name of an instrumental that is frequently used on the simpsons (typically during humorous montages). It sounds like the type of song you would hear during a 1950's commercial that is showcasing a 'new and improved product'

For example, in "last exit to springfield" (power plant strike, lisa needs braces), they used this instrumental during the scenes where Mr. Burns and Smithers playfully operate the power plant themselves (swinging arm-in-arm, pulling levers, playing frisbee with two headed dogs).

This song has appeared a bunch of other times too-- does anyone know the title of this melody?
