You deal with it on your own terms?
If it bothers you enough to post about it, then you probably want to tell your mom.
Or you could start severing ties with her. But people generally aren't big on that solution.

pretty much tell her the next time she does it, away from others so she can't make it into a big spectacle and try to play the victim.

if you convey that what she does is hurtful and damaging to your relationship, she'll either fix it or get worse.

if you can get her to agree to try family counseling, it's a step in the right direction.

then during a family gathering play them out of context and humiliate her
