well my dad was ok with me getting another bike. he actually likes this one compared to the last. the only prob is that he just checked with his work and if i get hurt on the bike im not covered by his insurance and now he's trying to get me to sell the bike.. fucking sucks! i do not want to sell it.

question is do any of u other riders have this prob?

About six months ago there was a bill going through congress that made it illegal for companies to deny coverage if the injury occurs while on a motorcycle. I never heard if it passed or not but it may be worth checking to see if their information is current.

well if someone who is unisured hits me. i get up to 100k coverage. which isnt a lot but i got the max for that from progressive. and if someone insured hits me then it's their insurance company.

about me falling on my dumb ass by myself no one covers me.. ill try and see how much it would be for my dad's insurance to cover me and have pay for it, or help them pay with me for an xmas/bday gift.
