i had them on my 04 dodge ram. i had about 15k on them before i sold the truck and they were not half way wore out. paid about $1200 for all 4, and were great in the mud. the were 305's. definetly need to rotate them every 5k, though

The Lambo LM002 was even worse. I think they were like close to $2k, and that was 15 years ago.

Yeah, I meant the price increase on all sizes. The 15s were just the only one I had priced in the past because of the walmart reciept.

back in the day when they first came out, someone over on pirate4x4.com somehow managed to get a set of 4 37's for like $650-700 bucks mounted, balanced, and w/ road hazard warranty. the receipt was scanned/posted, and thanks to price matching between wal marts (and other tire places) a whole hell of alot of people got them dirt cheap. stone got some from discount tire for about that price with the receipt.

^^ off topic, but why do people put wj steering on a tj?

i did it bc u can convert from the inverted y steering to a knuckle to knuckle tie rod. it's stronger, i got bigger brakes 11->13 in rotors, and dual piston calipers.

It is more luxurious leather TRE boots vs Rubber.

I think the WJ knuckle allows for crossover vs inverted Y.

i think it is due to the fact that goodyear is a military contractor, and is making tires for our armed forces. i remember hearing things like a 1 yr backorder on mtr's

supply n demand.
