Gotta love this game. Should be much better this year than the last three. Army's on a four game win streak after starting 0-6, Navy's going bowling...wonder if POTUS will show up like Clinton did when the CinC trophy was on the line when I was at Navy

Hell, even the game day crew gave a game-changer to the Navy QB Owens (55 of 107 passing for 1114 yds, 180 rush for 731 yds on the season)

i agree wholeheartedly. right now in my family, we have 3 navy intel officers active and numerous retired midshipmen, one who was a sub captain through most of the cold war. Also had one uncle in the italian navy. with my career, i might pick it up as a reservist later on, but ill have to see how teaching goes.

BTW, navy is going to it's third straight bowl game this year while NCSU is still waiting for an invite...and they went 10-2 last year and were ranked in the top 25

and I guarantee it'll be a better game than this crap Texas and Colorado are going at

no, not really...they run the triple option...our QB has about 1200 yards passing on the year (avg pass ~ 20 yards), but the offense is all about grinding it out on the ground and hitting a big pass when the defense has oversold themselves on the run

just look at "The Drive" last year in our bowl win vs. new mexico...lasted 14:36, went frm the 1 yard line in 26 plays and got a FG
