go to the post office across from the harris teeter on oberlin.
bring a few forms of id, and know your parents birth place.
may need a birth certificate, i dont remember.

-Check whether you need an appointment at the office you want to go to. -The main form you need can be filled out online and printed to save time. -Original Birth Certificate (or certified copy), Driver's License, Photos.
