TO BUY CLUB SEATS

You can get them thru Worldtek Online Reservations which is USF's travel company.

Toll Free Reservations Line: 1-800-338-4919

I know this doesn't help NC State to sell more tickets but with a WPC rank of 10,000+ and wanting good tickets I had to find other options. Just thought I would share so maybe I won't be the only one in red on the other side. I'll have a nice view of red though! I got 4 at face of $75 with no fees at all.

Also I have 2 for sale:

^NCSU can go fuck themselves for making the club seats inaccessible. Don't really care if NCSU sells tickets -- it's their own fault.

WPC has made getting tickets a hassle for most of the bowl games. I even somehow ended up with crappy seats for the Tangerine Bowl vs. Pitt. Gator Bowl had heavy numbers through other outlets (i.e. Ticketmaster, which I hate), in addition to WPC, and the bowls still got the message with the visibility of our fans in Jacksonville and at the game. Yes, going through WPC can help them fill out their allotment, but unless you have a good ranking it might not be worth your while. It seems like every bowl game it becomes some hassle to track down the tickets at the WPC hotel or somewhere around the stadium before the game.

While I still think it's generally a good thing to go through WPC, until they improve their process of getting people tickets, I don't think anyone should be attacked for going through other mediums. We're all just trying to get to the game...

The WPC doing "Will Call Only" is terrible....using USF's travel agent they told me they would be in the mail in a day or two. Also they charged absolutly no fees (4 Club seats with face of $75 = $300 total charge on my CC) I hope many Pack fans can get good seats before they catch on. They may not care and just want to sell the tickets.

They didn't ask but I was just going to tell them I have family in Charlotte and was going to be there for the holidays....but the guy didn't even ask if I had any ties to USF. I guess since they are new to the bowl thing, they have no idea that our fans would pilage their good seats.

you may be able to go to the WPC office on trinity to get your tickets before the bowl if you want... we did that for the gator
i don't know if it is the same for this bowl, but it was for the other ones

^^^ i agree with everything he said.

WPC is more of a hassle than it's worth sometimes.

Even when you show up in person, sometimes you are screwed. I waited in line (more like crowd) for half an hour at the WPC office trying to pick up my tickets, only to be told when I got to the front that my tickets were arbitrarily only going to be available at the WPC hotel in Jacksonville.

Will Call Pickup dates per WPC:

Quote :
"December 27-28 8:30 am - 5pm Vaughn Towers Ticket office
December 28 RBC Center box office 6pm until halftime of basketball game
December 29 8:30 am - 5pm Vaughn Towers Ticket office
December 30 8:30 am - Noon Vaughn Towers Ticket office
December 30 Team Hotel Charlotte 5 pm - 8pm
December 31 Bank of American stadium North Gate Box office"

That does me no good since I live out of state. And once I arrive in Charlotte on the 30th around 7 I have very little option until the game which I hate leaving friends to wait in line at a ticket window.

I'll being looking across into a SEA OF RED!

and I don't think the USF following will be very intimidating...especially the crowd in the Club Level.

You can order good seats thru USF travel agent online too:

http://isis.fastmail.usf.edu/usf-athletics/Sports/football/2006/05mediacenter/tickets.htm

They have Club and 100 level tickets instead of 500 levels that NCSU is sticking the students in.

what do you mean 75 more? those prices are the same amount as through our ticket office. Same price as on ticketmaster, but it doesn't have ticketmaster's $5 bend over fee.

^plus to access Club Level thru our ticket office you have to be ranked in the top 750 and ticket master is sold out of club level.

Also all Club seats are quite good....they are not the lowest but you have a great view of the entire field and access to nice heated lounges, bathrooms, etc....plus at 11AM I may want a bloody marry and the club level is the only place you can get liquor.

I rank around 10,000 in the WPC so all I can get is uppers thru the WPC. If I go thru ticketmaster I can sit in the 200 sections which are lowers but in the endzone...they are $55 face but with fees they are more than $60....when I can pay less than $15 extra and get all those benefits plus being on the sideline...I think its a steal to get Club seats. They are selling for $100 plus on ebay.

People People People

Do you not realize the reason that WPC's sytem seems bad is because we have such a great fan base. USF's system has plenty of good tickets because they are not selling many tickets! We have thousands of fans lined up ready to buy the best seats available Monday morning, and the reality is, not everyone can get the best seats if there is that high of demand. Therefore WPC has to go to the ranking of members to sell them.

As for purchasing tickets through USF, I think that will be pretty neat. IF we get enough fans to do that, and we still fill up our side, then it will be much easier to do the "Wolf" "Pack" chant.

Just my 2 cents.

^thats not the point. The point is that the more tickets we buy through our own ticket office, the better it looks for our school. Buying tickets through USF's ticket office is just going to make them look like a traveling fan base. I know it shouldnt matter, but bowl officials arent going to look at the fans at the game, just the statistics. The more we sell, the more attractive we look.

I might get some club seats through USF, but I don't want to end up sitting next to some of their fans. ( I just missed being able to get them through the WPC, only 10,000 off )

I seriously doubt their fans will be intimidating or annoying. They will likely sit on their hands the entire game if there are enough NCSU fans around. I have a feeling they will be a bit in aw if, and I do mean if, we fill that joint with RED.

At 11am I doubt many USFers will be fired up...They have only been Div-IA for a few years so this is obviously going to be new to them. Hopefully not too many off our fans will show their A$$es infront of them.

i opted not to get the club level seats and just went with lower level....anyone know which sections are allotted to the wolfpack club? Generally, I can count on being in the best section the wolfpack club has to offer when assigned seats so it would be nice to get an idea of where my seats are going to be
