I've got an application that needs to be postmarked no later than the 9th.
Does that mean if I take it to the post office anytime on the 9th it will get postmarked the 9th?
Or do I have to take it in early in the morning to get it postmarked for the 9th?

i dunno. i figured they would since it specifically gave a date it had to be postmarked by rather than a specific due date.
