anyone know where i can find information on proceedings? i'm writing a paper on the no child left behind act of 2001 and i have to include information about the proceedings in both the house and senate committee, subcommittee, floor proceedings, and post-floor process (i.e. conference/executive action). i'm really only have trouble with the floor proceedings and post-floor process.

help?
