My dad and I would always go to at least one asu game a year when clemson didnt have a game and Ive always enjoyed it. I remember them going 11-0 in 94? But they have always had good teams with moore. It also seems like moore schedules 1 or 2 div-1a teams a year, which I think helps the team (it also helps that those losses dont seem to hurt the team in the eye of the playoff committee).

^6-5 i think

At least if they win the championship, we will be playing a good I-AA team next year rather than an average I-AA team....not that Im saying playing I-AA teams is good .

88 - 6-4-1
89 - 9-3 - Playoffs
90 - 6-5
91 - 8-4 - Playoffs
92 - 7-5 - Playoffs
93 - 4-7
94 - 9-4 - Quarterfinal
95 - 12-1 - Quarterfinal
96 - 7-4
97 - 7-4

00 - 10-4 - Semifinal
01 - 9-4 - Quarterfinal
02 - 8-4 - Playoffs

Pretty sure they were the number one seed that year.

im getting old and my memory is terrible but did they lose to Steve McNair that year? I remember i watched a lot of his games at Alcorn State...

He was so fucking nasty in college... ESPN even picked up on it and that was back before they really showed these kind of games....

ah, the good ole days when they only showed the Womens National Title game and we werent subjected to (1) Uconn 93 vs. (16) Savannah State 24

i just looked it up and found out that App is averaging 22,364 fans per game this year. there stadium seats 16,650. Also App ranks fifth among Division I teams in North Carolina, behind N.C. State (56,189), UNC (52,500), East Carolina (34,560) and Wake Forest (29,288). App is second to only Montana (a Div I-AA powerhouse) in attendance this year, and Delaware is the only other I-AA program with an average of more than 20,000. Among the nation's 238 Division I programs, the Mountaineers rank 86th - ahead of 33 Division I-A teams.

yeah, on espn during the game they said that app state regularly oversells tickets by several thousand causing a lot more fans to pack into the stadium than there are seats for.

well fans can sit on the hill as well.

their main stands remind me a little of the one at Oregon State.
