What percentage of American's pay taxes? What percentage presently need federal assistance to get a college education?

If this was a direct democracy, and not "rule by special interests," many of these programs would be gone. The only exceptions, of course, would be stuff everyone believes they use and stuff people simply do not understand.

For those that don't know CHENEY has not only fucked the students he has fucked the farmers by the byrd amend.

They now won't subside farmers and farmers are charged more to export goods to other countries.
