i made the trip home from raleigh to charlotte yesterday without incident, but today i started hearing this squeaking noise for the first time since i owned the car. by putting my weight on each of the four corners i found it's coming from the fromt passenger side spring. i've noticed no difference in handling, just an annoying squeak noise riding on an uneven road.
so yea the question is, am i supposed to be concerned about this noise?

car is a 98 eclipse rs fairly well kept w/ 65k miles on it. i've owned it since feb of 2001 so almost 5 years in my hands. i do have 17 in wheels on it but i've never touched the suspension.

thanks in advance gearheads

Thank the folks in Normal, Illinois

i second the strut mount, unless you want to spend $texas$ to get rid of a squeak, ignore it. its not like the wheel is gonna fall off or anything.
