lienharts gone, bush aint coming back. they will have white and jarret. their qb and defense will be questionable. 7 is a stretch but i dont see how you can say more. it is the pac 10 so i do agree that in the end of the season they will be top 5 if they can beat nebraska.
quarterback is the most important position. thats why i think you have georgia and usc too high. they have untested qbs
i shafted ohio state
how do you not have nd in the top 10?

Quinn will leave this year. If ND beats Ohio State, they will be top 10 preseason next year, if they dont, they wont 12/29/2005 10:50:22 PM |

Why would Brady Quinn leave when he will be at best the third QB chosen and could win the Heisman and maybe the Nat'l Championship. Not to mention will be a top 3 pick in 07 Draft.
Best QB's of 06 Matt Vince Jay

no, different from this year we won't be plagued by injuries and poor officiating (double hopefully)
if they can stay healthy, look for them to at least win the big ten. after the 5 losses though i think a top 25 preseason rank will be lucky 12/30/2005 2:05:32 AM |

nooo. Leinart is not the definite #1 QB, lots of people have Quinn equal to him... could very well be the #1 QB taken this year12/30/2005 2:59:26 AM |

no, preseason polls usually reflect more on program perception than on personnel... they claim that it reflects personnel, but they rarely do12/30/2005 7:35:22 AM |

Oklahoma will be a top ten team next year. I'm not a fan, but they're returning everyone from a team that went 8-4 with losses to teams like TCU (1 loss), UCLA (2 losses), Texas (undefeated), and Texas Tech (2 losses). Plus the TT game was bullshit and the refs gave the game to the Red Raiders.
Their skill players were freshmen and sophomores so imagine how much better they'll be. 12/30/2005 10:00:40 AM |

^^true, the same revolving 15 teams are in the top ten every year, no matter what they lost, with usually 1 surprise thrown in 12/30/2005 10:37:48 AM |
