Monte Kiffin didn't do shit here. He was a terrible head coach, but now is one of the best defensive coordinators in the NFL with the Bucs.

Chuck Amato? At USC? What the hell has he done to deserve that job? (And I'm a Chuck fan, but he hasn't done too much here to deserve USC)
