I searched for "animal" and "wild" so if this is a dupe, sorry, blame the search tool.

Anyway, this game was apparently sold out over the holiday season so I know some people on here have it... Who's got it? What are your thoughts?

i don't know, i had the first animal crossing for GC. it was cool i guess, but it got kind of boring after a while.

my roomie had it, i jsut couldnt understand the point. he got the new one so i guess it wasnt that bad to him, but meh.

collecting stuff to put it in your house just isnt my bag and the novelty of the living world wears off quick.

Well, I think Wild World also gives you the chance to interact with everybody else who is online - so that probably adds a lot

Not really. It's some friend code shit. It would have been badass if there were some sort of central meeting place for all WW players, but you can only visit a single person's town using their friend code. Not that impressive.

You can keep the riff raff away from your children all you want, but for there to be a viable online aspect of the game it would really have to be more than that.
