I've found the need to make more user friendly forms where depending on the options selected, additional options immediately display underneath.

I'd also like the ability to make windows pop up upon item selection.

My google search only found some pretty crapy sites so I'm hoping someone might have a couple in their bookmarks they use.

Just type the following things into Google:

javascript
form
document.getElementById()
window.open()

I would think it would bring up a couple of matches.
