My hometown supplier only had one contaminate (regulated) that was a byproduct of water treatment and delivery. I call that pretty good. It was way better than anywhere else I looked. GG, PNSWA! 1/4/2006 12:11:30 PM |

my water comes from 300 ft below the ground and about 50 ft behind my house. this 4" well has much fewer minerals than the other 2" wells on the place, but they are much shallower. we still have a little iron, though we can wash white clothes at home where we could not with the other wells. there may be some of the organic compounds with long names in it, but I don't worry about that too much. the water in this aquifer hasn't killed me yet.

me personally, I don't think I'll be affected by it. my kids, other people's kids, those who are now autistic or retarded for reasons that could be related to drinking industrial wastes and from drinking the mercury and dioxin that's in most mothers' breast milk, that's who i'm worried about 1/4/2006 11:21:21 PM |
