Hopefully that means they make this season end HUGE (like they find Earth or something).

Is this really true though? How does this get cancelled, and Stargate doesn't? This is at least as good as Stargate.

Yes, because SciFi would cancel its biggest show and one that was ranking so highly by TIME and AFI. You're an idiot for beleving this.

i dunno... they cancelled Farscape (then their biggest show, and it was mildly critically acclaimed, although nowhere near the level that Galactica is), and have a history of cancelling shows with potential before they can fully develope...

btw, they cancelled Farscape in order to fund Spielberg's "Taken" miniseries... which was popular, but in the end wasn't worth it

Last I read was a report yesterday saying they picked up the entire 3rd season, so I don't think this is true.
