I got a 26 Toshiba HDTV ready television i'm looking to sell. It is brand new but does not come in a box. I realize that may be hard for some of you to swallow. I'm looking to get 400 for it. Is anyone interested?

It makes a world of difference. I used to have a 32 inch and we would flip back and forth from a regular broadcast to a hd broadcast and it was remarkable the difference.

so what about the warranty? since there is no receipt, and no proof of purchase date, then I would think there is no warranty on the product you're selling.

again, thats bullshit. the hd i watched on a crt (32") was actually nicer than the decent samsung lcd set i am used to. crt hd is badass in my book, though i'm not so sure about this tv...

for <$400 it isn't a bad thing to spend your money on, you can get lots of HDTV programming now, and Xbox360's kick ass on HDTV widescreen... and movies look a lot better... but by far the best things are sporting events... comepletely different viewing experience

I have a 26inch HDTV in my bedroom, and it rules for DVDs, corner to corner coverage in 16:9 is gorgeous compared to 4:3 letterboxing

not trying to be an ass, but i jsut dont see how i could get warranty service on this unit without a receipt, if theres some standard warranty period for tvs please let me know how it works. i thought it was x years from purchase date

The back of a television has the date the tv was manufactured. based on that you should be able to get a warranty. try calling the tv doctor in durham and raleigh and asking how they would go about giving you a warranty. most small shops would be willing to sell you a warranty

$75 for the Porche and this is a pretty good price for the TVs. I bought Marks other HD tv and have not had any problems with it. Hes a good guy to do business with.

Just a heads-up. I have the 30" model of this. Very consistent- The picture is quite damn nice...I love mine, althuough it is HUGE (deep footprint)
