The Queen, The Vatican, The Gettys, The Rothschilds, *and* Colonel Sanders before he went heads up.

From Albert Pike's letter to Mazzini, dated August 15, 1871--describing the plans for three world wars that were seen as necessary to bring about the One World Order--based on a vision Pike received:

Quote :
""The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the "agentur" of the "Illuminati" between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time."

I thought Germany started the first world war because they felt the liberal social order was preventing them from creating a socialist paradise?

"The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine. During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social cataclysm."

I don't buy it. You're telling us that Albert Pike could name the political movements that would fight during the second world war as far back as 1871. Are we to believe this simply because you provided a website with no citations?

Never.

Large portion of militarily powerful nations have nukes, and lotsa other countries are on their way to getting them. The only country who could theoretically start such a war in the near future is the United States, but their population is mostly "damn right, we're going to war.. pass me another burger" warriors, and it's a democracy so that matters and the population would not approve any war with significant casualties.

^^ Well, a democracy doesn't mean everybody decides on everything. Maybe in some purist sense but not in any remotely real situation. Heavy casualties will make the population upset, and unhappy Americans isn't good for politicians. Ask Jimmy Carter.

^Who gives a shit about Taiwan, except for those Chinamen?

Nothin for the world to get involved in.

Unless China gets greedy and tries to take over the rest of the continent.

Thats one way to look at it. Another way to look at is that the 'merchants of death' and German expansionists wanted to go to war.

It's not as stupid as you may think. If push comes to shove, there's a chance we may step in. That being said, I don't think either the Chinese or the United States will let it get to that point; both nations simply have too much to lose.

10 years ago we would have destroyed China over Taiwan...
now, we've got too much invested economically in China, they're our "buddy" now, if they went for Taiwan, i'm not sure that we'd bother to intervene...

the point still is why would they want formosa? i mean shit they dont need it to do well.... they have enough shit to contend with, let alone conquering a populace that will no doubt just create more unrest and probably encite some sort of guerella sp? warfare. its probably not worth it to them, unless there economy goes in the gutter....

We sell Taiwan arms, and they're another western-like asian nation that we have in the region as a pretty good friend (if not pretty much an ally). We wouldn't want to lose that, plus it would be great PR for our nation to defend the tiny nation of taiwan against the big bad nation of China who is run by people who hate freedom.

We've also got an economic incentive to prevent war (or stop the war) between both sides. Things are made for us in China and Taiwan, and we have interests in both (E.G. the semiconductor facilities in Taiwan, and all that fun cheap shit we get from china that keeps us able to afford our lifestyles).

We might not go in to invade China in a retaliatory move, but we might just blow up everything they have that tries to cross the waters into Taiwan (and tell them to sign a peace treaty).

2012

I think that's about when people will be seriously feeling peak oil, i mean peak oil fucking everything up. So we'll have a democrat president in 2008, he'll make a whole bunch of mistakes and people will start wanting another tyrant like Bush in office in 2012, and similar to the civil war, when that dude walks into office we'll be at war.

oil words, interesting.

i want to see text books in 100 years and how it refers to the upcoming loss of life as "The Oil War"

i love hindsight. But then again, if we win it wont be "the oil wars" as much as it will be the "Democracy spreading time of peace"

There will not be an oil war. Period.

If what we are fighting now is an oil war, we are doing a horrible job at it and the conservatives will realize that they don't know how to fight a war for oil. They won't be able to raise the support to go.

We experienced "peak oil" last year during Katrina. People started to cut back and traded in their SUVs. We will be okay.

The Rise and Fall in 2012-2020? What?

War is no longer profitable. There won't be a major world war.

Just a bunch of small fights and everyone losing more freedom.
