Ive got IDS 201 Philipp Tavakoli and PHI 221 with Matt Hettche. They are both online. I have to drop one of the two. Which one?

Don't drop EITHER!!!

Those are 2 of the greatest classes ever...if I had a gun to my head, I'd drop the PHI class. IDS 201 will make you smile all the way to that A.
