Just wondering if anyone knew how to convert the Glucose conc. in micrograms/ml to just the glucose amount in Tubes 1-5. I thought maybe take the dilution out but still having trouble. Thanks for any help!!

I'm not gonna go dig out my books, but if I'm not mistaken, there is either an equation that you use that is given in the lab book, or you just do a long dilution calculation. I dont remember having trouble with that, so its one of those two

this lab sucks a lot...be prepared to stay 4 hrs for labs during the first 9 weeks of the labs
