Quote :
"Holding modern Christianity up to a bright spotlight, this bold and often hilarious new film asks the questions few dare to ask.

Your guide through the world of Christendom is former fundamentalist Brian Flemming, joined by such luminaries as Jesus Seminar fellow Robert M. Price, professor Richard Dawkins, author Sam Harris and historian Richard Carrier.

See the movie the Los Angeles Times calls "provocative - to put it mildly."

Hold on to your faith. It's in for a bumpy ride."

Very subpar. The first thirty minutes are pretty interesting, but then it just turns into a guy who's angry at his fundamentalist schooling.

while it may be an important film, i'm afraid that the people who will see it aren't the people who will have their faith challenged at all. it'll be a movie mostly watched by cynical secularists who reaffirm their idealogy through it.

but maybe thats how it should be. life tests your faith enough day to day, its not like you need to seek out a movie to do so.

I really enjoyed this, though I thought it didn't go deep enough, but it appears that flemming made this flick more for himself. The ending is pretty powerful, I have to say, on a personal level.

He sort of approached the theme unprofessionally, but it was still a good watch

I agree with spooky, started out pretty good, stating some loopholes in the bible. but then turned into a personal vendetta against his private school and principal, and then personally renounces christianity and the bible
