so a destroyer show was added at cat's cradle for Thursday March 30th. The ticket price is ten dollars and Magnolia Electric is also listed.

this is pretty exciting for me as I'm a huge destroyer fan.

Anyways, i've got Songs: Ohia's Didn't It Rain? on my computer. I saw them live at Go! way back in the olden days and really enjoyed it. Kind of super-depressive alt country, maybe? Will Oldham-esque. I don't know if Mag is different.

i don't know if it's the same band that you saw, but it's definitely the same jason molina. magnolia is quite a bit more upbeat than songs: ohia, but yeah, the alt-country thing isn't too far fetched. the MEC stuff reminds me more of neil young than anything.
