I can't say I agree with the Eastwood comment, he seems pretty legit to me.

Drew Berrymore might be the worst actress

Pacino since the mid 90's has been slaughtering every role he's had.

Owen Wilson, although I can't say he is necessarily an over-actor I am tired of him, period. Probably the least diversified actor ever:
